일반교육과정을 적용받는 특수교육대상학생의 정당한 평가를 실현하기 위한 평가 방법 탐색 - 세분화된 평가준거에 기초한 평가를 중심으로 -

Exploring the Development of Assessment Process and Items to Ensure Accessing to General Education and Appropriate Evaluation - Focusing on an Assessment Based on Specified Evaluation Criteria -

이 연구는 일반교육과정을 적용받는 특수교육대상학생에게 일반교육과정으로의 접근을 최대한 보장하고 이에 대한 정당한 평가를 받을 수 있게 하는 방안을 수립하는데 그 목적을 두고 실행되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 특수교육대상학생 해당 학년 성취기준에 대한 세분화된 평가준거에 기초하여 평가 적용 절차를 개발하고, 해당 평가 유형 선정하기 위한 의사결정 흐름도(ver. 2)를 제안하고 정당한 평가 시행을 위한 조정을 결정할 때의 고려 사항을 제안하였다. 또한 일반교육과정을 적용받고 있는 특수교육대상학생에게 국가수준 교육과정에서 제시한 성취기준을 교과별 특성과 학습자 특성과 수행 수준에 따라 위계적 또는 병렬적으로 세분화하여 성취기준의 도달목표를 개별화하는 근거와 절차를 제시하였고, 특수교육대상학생을 위한 정당한 평가의 기회를 가질 수 있도록 초등학교 수학 교과의 지필형 수행평가의 다양한 사례를 제시함으로써 특수교육대상학생의 교육과정적 통합에 대한 구현 가능성을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 통합교육 환경에 배치된 특수교육대상학생에게 정당한 평가 적용을 위해 필요한 제언과 논의를 기술하였다.

The purpose of this study is to represent developing assessment plan and methods of item development, and samples according to the applied types of national curriculum to individual students who received special education specially focusing on the assessment based on specified assessment criteria applying general education curriculum. The valid process of developing and implementing an assessment based on a specified assessment criteria of the achievement standard given to students who is receiving special education in general education setting is developed. And several cases for implementing an appropriate evaluation is presented using elementary math curriculum. If the evaluation should be done properly, then curriculum inclusion of students who is receiving special education in the general education setting would be realized.
