유아교육 및 보육컨설팅에 관한 연구동향 분석 -2004년~2018년을 중심으로-

Research Trends in Early Childhood Educational Consulting - Focused on the Period From 2004 to 2018 -

연구목적: 본 연구는 유아교육 및 보육에서의 컨설팅에 대한 연구동향을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 유아교육 및 보육컨설팅의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 2004년부터 2018년까지 유아교육 및 보육에서 컨설팅을 주제로 수행된 국내 학위논문 및 학술지 논문 70편을 기관유형 및 대상, 연구목적, 연구방법, 분석방법 등에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과: 2010년 유치원 및 어린이집에 컨설팅이 제도적으로 시행되면서 관련 연구물들이 증가하였고, 기관유형은 행정이원화로 인한 단일기관을 대상으로 한 논문들이 많았다. 연구대상에 따른 연구동향은 교사대상 연구가 가장 많았고, 주요 연구목적을 살펴보면 ‘수업컨설팅’을 통한 전문성 향상을 위한 컨설팅 관련 연구가 가장 많았다. 연구방법에 따른 연구동향은 양적연구가 가장 많았으나 컨설팅을 실제로 적용한 사례연구도 활발하게 수행되고 있어 질적연구도 증가하고 있다. 결론: 본 연구결과는 유아교육에서의 컨설팅 정책 개선 및 컨설팅 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present the direction of early childhood education consulting through researching the trends of early childhood education consulting. Method: For this purpose, 70 domestic dissertation theses and journals in the field of consulting in the field of early childhood education from 2004 to March, 2018 were analyzed according to institution type and subject, research purpose, research method, analysis method and so on. Results: According to early childhood education consulting was institutionalized in 2010, related researches increased and many researches were studied about a single institution. In the research trends of research subjects, the subject of most researches was teachers, and the main research purpose was the consulting related research to improve the professionalism through class consulting . In the research trends of research methods, quantitative research was the most frequent, but the case studies with practical application of consulting were actively carried out and the qualitative researches are also increasing. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as basic data for consulting policy improvement and consulting program development in early childhood education.
