특수교육 교사양성 체제에 관한 연구 분석

An Analysis of Studies on Special Education Teacher Training System in Korea

이 연구의 목적은 교원양성 단계에서 이루어지는 교육에 관한 연구들을 중심으로 어떠한 연구주제와 연구방법들을 가지고 수행되었는지 분석하여, 향후 특수교육 교사양성 자격제도 및 교육과정에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 1998년부터 2018년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문들을 중심으로 포함준거를 통해 선정된 37편의 논문을 대상으로 특수교육 교원양성에 관한 연구들의 동향, 연구주제, 연구방법 측면에서 분석했다. 연구결과 첫째, 연도별 추이를 살펴보면, 2000-2001, 2012, 2016년도를 제외하고는 1998년 이후 2018년까지 매년 1편에서 5편의 연구가 발표되었다. 둘째, 분석대상의 주제는 ‘장애영역에 따른 특수교육 교사양성에 관한 연구’, ‘국외 특수교육 교사양성에 관한 연구’, ‘학교급별 특수교사 양성에 관한 연구‘, ‘특수교육 교사양성 교육과정에 관한 연구’, ‘특수교육 교사의 자질과 자격’으로 유목화되었다. 셋째, 37편의 분석대상 논문 중 양적연구는 4편, 질적연구는 4편, 문헌연구는 25편, 혼합연구는 4편이었다. 이상의 결과에 대한 시사점을 기술한 후 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의했다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze research topics and research methods carried out in the studies on education in the special education teacher training phase, and to draw implications for the qualification system and curriculum of special education teachers in the future. To accomplish the purpose, the trends, research themes, and research methods of special education teacher training in 37 papers selected from the inclusion criteria was to investigate focusing on the papers published in domestic journals from 1998 to 2018. The results of this study are as follows: First, from year to year, except for 2000-2001, 2012, and 2016, 1 to 5 studies were published annually from 1998 to 2018. Second, the subjects of the analysis were research on the training of special education teachers according to disability area , research on the training of special education teachers abroad , research on the training of special education teachers at school level , and qualification and qualification of special education teachers . Third, in terms of research method, 37 papers were analyzed into 4 quantitative studies, 4 qualitative studies, 25 literature studies, and 4 mixed studies. In addition to discussing the above results, suggestions for future research were discussed.
