고등학생이 지각한 부모 양육태도가 고등학생의 사회적응과 자기통제력에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Parent’s Rearing Attitudes Perceived by High School Students on Their Social Adjustment and Self-control

본 연구에서는 고등학생이 지각한 부모 양육태도가 고등학생의 사회적응과 자기통제력에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 광주광역시에 위치한 고등학교 학생 403명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였고, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학생이 지각한 부모 양육태도, 사회적응, 자기통제력의 상관분석결과 고등학생이 지각한 권위주의적인 부모 양육태도와 사회적응, 민주적 부모 양육태도와 사회적응, 민주적 부모 양육태도와 자기통제력은 정적 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 권위주의적 부모 양육태도와 자기통제력은 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구에서는 고등학생이 지각한 부모 양육태도가 고등학생의 사회적응과 자기통제력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았는데 고등학생이 지각한 부모양육태도는 사회적응과 자기통제력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고등학생이 지각한 부모 양육태도가 고등학생의 사회적응과 자기통제력을 높일 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구는 의의가 있으며, 따라서 고등학생의 사회적응과 자기통제력을 높이기 위해 민주적인 부모 양육태도가 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of parent s rearing attitudes perceived by high school students on their social adjustment and self-control. The subject is a total of 403 high school students in Gwangju. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the differences according to the demographic characteristics of high school students, there were no significant differences by gender, age, and birth order. Second, social adjustment and self-control perceived by high school students, a positive correlation was found in authoritarian rearing attitude and social adjustment, democratic rearing attitude and social adjustment, and democratic rearing attitude and self-control, but negative correlation was found in authoritarian rearing attitude and self-control. The significance of this study can be found in the fact that parent s rearing attitude perceived by high school students can increase the social adjustment and self-control of high school students, and therefore, it is suggested that democratic rearing attitude is important for high school students in improving their social adjustment and self-control.
