애착 관련 놀이치료에 대한 국내 학위 및 학술지 연구동향 분석

Analysis of domestic degree and journal research trends on attachment-related play therapy

애착관련 놀이치료 연구동향을 국내 학위 및 국내학술지 논문을 중심으로 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 국내 학위 및 국내 학술지 중심으로 1992년부터 2017년까지 국내학위 및 국내 학술지 논문이며, 총 274편이다. 본 연구문제는 애착관련 놀이치료 연도별, 대상별, 유형별 연구동향에 따라 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 국회도서관 내 전자도서관과 RISS4U, KISS, 국립중앙도서관의 전산목록에 있는 애착관련 놀이치료에 관련 학위 논문 및 국내학술지를 분석 대상이다. 수집된 자료는 학위논문은 141편과 국내학술지 논문 133편으로 총 274편이다. 연구결과, 애착관련 놀이치료 연도별에는 2007년에 23(.8%)편으로 가장 높았으며, 대상별에서는 아동 대상이 95(34.64%)편으로 가장 높았다. 그리고, 유형별에서는 애착문제에 관한 논문이 132(48.0%)편으로 나타났다. 즉, 애착관련 놀이치료 연구동향은 아동대상 애착문제를 다루는 논문이 매우 많았다. 이는 아동기의 특성에서 또래와의 갈등상황이 빈번히 나타날 때, 이로 인해 사회적 불안과 갈등이 높아져서 정서적 갈등이 있음을 시사하고 있다. 즉, 본 연구를 통해 추후 연구에서는 애착관련 놀이치료를 개입할 때, 개인 및 집단상담 프로그램을 보다 구체적으로 개발하여 적용하고자 할 때 보다 유용한 정보임을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends of the amusement - related play therapy centered on domestic degrees and domestic journals. The data of this study are domestic degree and domestic journal articles from 1992 to 2017 centered on domestic degree and domestic journal, total 274. This study investigated the research trends of attachment-related play therapy by year, subject and type. This study is an analysis of electronic librarians in the National Assembly Library, related theses related to attachment - related play therapy in the computerized list of RISS4U, KISS, National Central Library, and domestic journals. A total of 274 dissertations were collected, including 141 dissertations and 133 domestic journals. According to the results of the study, the highest number of children in attachment-related play therapy was 23(.8%) in 2007 and 95(34.64%) children. And, By type, 132 articles(48.0%) related to attachment problems appeared. In other words, there are a lot of papers dealing with children s attachment problems. This suggests that there are emotional conflicts when social anxiety and conflicts increase due to frequent conflict situations with peers in characteristics of childhood. In other words, this study suggests that further research is more useful information for developing a personal and group counseling program for intervention of attachment - related play therapy.
