간호대학생의 정보보호 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors Affecting Medical Information Protection Practice of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 정보윤리지수, 의료정보보호 인식, 의료정보보호 실천정도를 살펴보고, 의료정보보호 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 실시되었다. 연구대상은 G광역시에 소재한 대학교 중 편의 표집한 3개 대학의 간호학과에 재학 중이며, 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생 235명이며, 자료수집은 2017년 11월 1일부터 30일까지 이루어졌다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여, 기술통계, t-검정, 피어슨 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시였다. 연구결과 정보윤리지수가 높을수록, 의료정보보호 인식이 높을수록 의료정보보호 실천정도가 높았다. 단계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 정보윤리지수의 하위영역 중 존중영역, 의료정보보호 인식의 하위영역 중 정보관리영역, 의사소통영역 순으로 의료정보보호 실천정도에 영향을 미쳤고, 32.4%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 변수 중에서 의료정보보호 실천에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 변수는 정보윤리지수의 하위영역인 존중영역으로 정보윤리지수가 중요한 영향 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 의료정보보호 실천도를 높이기 위해서는 관련 요인들을 고려한 변화를 향상 시킬 수 있는 접근 방안이 필요하며, 특히 존중영역은 의료정보보호 실천 향상을 위한 전략 요인으로 방안을 모색할 필요가 있으리라 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate information ethics index, medical information security awareness, medical information security practice, and factors affecting health information security practice. The subjects of this study were 235 nursing college students who were practicing clinical practice in the three nursing colleges of G - metropolitan universities. Data collection took place from November 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017. Data were analyzed using SPSS / WIN 21.0 program, descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the higher the information ethics index, the higher the perception of medical information protection, the higher the degree of medical information protection practice. As a result of the stepwise regression analysis, it was found that 32.4% of the respondents had an influence on the degree of medical information protection practice in the order of respect area, information management area, and communication area among the sub - areas of information ethics index appear. Among these variables, it was confirmed that the information ethics index is an important factor affecting medical information protection practice. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop an approach to improve the medical information protection practices of nursing college students considering the related factors. In particular, respect should be sought as a strategic factor to improve medical information protection practice. It seems to be necessary.
