중년 남성들의 대장암 선별검사 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors Influencing the Screening Behavior of Colorectal Cancer by Middle-Aged Men

본 연구는 중년 남성들의 대장암 선별검사 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 수행하였다. 자료는 2018년 2월 5일부터 3월 30일까지 수도권 지역에 소재한 종합병원에 내원한 182명을 대상으로 설문 및 면접조사를 하였다. 대상자들의 건강행위와 관련된 요인은 Chi-square test를 수행하였다. 대장암 선별검사 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 가족력이 있는 검진군은 35.2%로 비검진군의 70.3% 보다 유의하게 낮았다(X2=4.83. p<.01). 둘째, 흡연을 하는 검진군은 36.3%로 대조군의 31.9% 보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 마늘을 매일 섭취하는 검진군은 14.3%로 비검진군의 29.7% 보다 유의하게 낮았다(χ2=4.71, p<.05). 넷째, 육식여부에 있어 자주 섭취하는 검진군이 비검진군 보다 4.21배 대장암 검사 수검이 유의하게 높았다(OR=4.21, 95% Cl=1.62-11.87). 다섯째, 변비가 없는 검진군이 비검진군보다 0.13배 대장암 검진 수행이 유의하게 적었다(OR=0.13, 95% Cl=0.02-0.85). 따라서 대장암 김진을 수용할 수 있는 태도로 변화시킬 수 있는 정보를 제공하는 것이 필요하다고 본다.

This paper was performed to identify the factors influencing the screening behavior of colorectal cancer by middle-aged men. Data were surveyed using interview and questionnaires by 182 patients who visited a general hospital located in Metropolitan area from February 5 to March 30, 2018. ChI-square test was performed for factors related to the health behaviour of the study participants. A multivariate logistic regression was performed to identify factors affecting screening of colon cancer. As a result, firstly, 35.2 percent of colorectal cancer screening group with family history was significantly lower than 70.3 percent of those with non-screening group of colorectal cancer(X2=4.83. p<.01). Secondly, 14.3 percent of colorectal cancer screening group who daily intake of garlic was significantly lower than 29.7 percent of non-screening group of colorectal cancer(χ2=4.71, p<.05). Thirdly, colorectal cancer screening group who do not have constipation was significantly less likely to conduct screening of colon cancer than those who are non-screening group of colorectal cancer(OR=0.13, 95% Cl=0.02-0.85). In conclusion, it is necessary to provide information that can be transformed into an acceptable attitude for colorectal cancer
