간호대학생의 성태도, 자녀관이 생명의료윤리의식에 미치는 영향

Effects of Sexual Attitude, Value of Children on Consciousness of Biomedical Ethics in Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 C시에 위치한 일개 간호대학에 재학 중인 학생 90명으로, 대상자의 일반적 특성과 생명의료윤리의식, 성 태도, 자녀관을 파악하기 위해 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수분석, 다중 회귀분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 생명의료윤리의식은 성 태도 하위요인인 쾌락·유희성(r=-.23, p<.05), 자녀관(r=.27, p<.05)과 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 생명의료윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성 태도 하위요인 중 쾌락·유희성(β=-.27, p=.008), 자녀관(β=.31, p=.003)으로 이들 변수의 설명력은 12.4%였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식 향상을 위해서는 자녀관, 쾌락·유희성을 고려한 중재프로그램 개발과 그 효과를 검증하는 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was descriptive survey research to identify the factors influencing on Consciousness of biomedical ethics in Nursing Students. Participants were 90 nursing students at a college located in C city. The data were collected by self-reported questionnaires were used to identify general characteristics, consciousness of biomedical ethics, sexual attitude, value of children. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression with IBM SPSS statistics 20.0 program. There was a significant correlation between the consciousness of biomedical ethics and sexual attitude sub factor of sex for pleasure and playthe(r=-.23, p<.05), value of children(r=.27, p<.05), and consciousness of biomedical ethics was significantly influenced by sexual attitude sub factor of sex for pleasure and play(β=-.27, p=.008), value of children(β=.31, p=.003). They explained 12.4% of the total variance. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to be considered value of children, sex for pleasure and play variables during development intervention program in order to improve the consciousness of biomedical ethics of nursing students.
