좋은 수업에 대한 예비유아교사의 인식: J시 예비교사를 중심으로

Analysis of the Demands from Pre-Service Teachers on Good Teaching for Young Children

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 좋은 수업에 대한 연구로, 수업 내용, 수업 방법, 수업 환경 및 분위기, 교사 수업 태도에 대한 인식을 알아보는 것이다. 이미경과 이시자의 도구를 수정, 보완하여 전북 J시에 소재한 전문대학 유아교육과 217명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램에 의해 빈도, 백분율, 교차분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로 예비유아교사들은 학급 특성에 맞게 재구성된 수업내용으로, 유아의 능동적 참여를 지원하는 수업 전략을 구성하며, 유아와 교사가 몰입하는 분위기에서 수용적이면서 허용적인 교사의 태도를 유지하는 것이 가장 좋은 수업이라고 인식하고 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to figure out the teaching contents, the teaching method, the teaching environment and atmosphere, and the recognition of teachers’ attitude for the pre-service kindergarten teachers. The subjects of this study were 217 college students of the department of the early childhood education located in Jcity, Jeolabukdo. The questionnaire was modified and completed from Lee Mi-Kyoung and Lee Si-Ja(2014). The frequency, the percentage, and the cross analysis process were conducted for the collected data, being used the SPSS 18.0 program. The results are as follows; The pre-service teachers answered ‘ the reconstructed class depending classroom characteristic’ for the good teaching contents, ‘ the class supporting the active participation of preschoolers’ for the good teaching method, the atmosphere absorbed by both preschoolers and teachers’ for the teaching environment and atmosphere, and ‘ the receptive and permissive attitude’ for teachers’ attitude.
