The national mathematical curriculum gives a significant effect not only on the education in school but also on the College Scholastic Ability Test(CSAT). So it is necessary to analyze and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the existing curriculum to develop the national mathematical curriculum. In this paper, we survey the transition of the national mathematical curriculum, college entrance examination system and the CSAT in order to suggest the basis for next mathematical curriculum development.
