메타포이미지를 활용한 예비유아교사들의 실습지도교사와 실습생의 관계에 관한 인식 연구

A Metaphor-image Using Study about Pre-service Teachers Perceptions Regarding the Relationship Between Pre-service Teachers and Their Apprentice Training Teachers

본 연구에서는 메타포이미지를 활용하여 예비유아교사들이 인식하고 있는 실습지도 교사와 실습생의 관계에 관한 개념을 알아보았다. C시의 4년제 유아교육과에 재학하고 있는 4학년 학생 45명이 연구에 참여하였으며 교육실습을 다녀온 후 제출한 메타포이미지와 저널을 중심으로 분석이 이루어졌다. 연구결과 예비유아교사들은 실습지도교사와 실습생의 관계를 두 주체간의 힘의 분배정도로 인식하고 있었으며 그 정도에 따라 4가지 종류의 관계로 나누었다.

In this study, a metaphor image of pre-kindergarten teacher’s regarding the concept of the relationship between teacher and apprentice training that they recognize was examined. 44 senior students who attended Early Childhood Education department at a university and completed teaching practicum course participated in this study. The result is followed: Pre-service teachers were aware of the relationship between an apprentice and her/his apprentice training teacher based on the balance of power between the two subjects. The relationship was divided into four types depending on the degree of power balance.
