This study seeks to develop a creativity and personality Curriculum for prospective childhood education teachers in reflection of teachers demands on creativity and personality education and also aims to implement the program and For the purposes of this study, we identified the following agenda. 1. What is the current anticipating child status and demands of present childhood education teachers on creativity and personality education? 2. What is the curriculum structure of creativity and personality education for prospective childhood education teachers? 3. What is the instruction method of creativity and personality education for prospective childhood education teachers? 4. What is the evaluation of implementing the creativity and personality curriculum for prospective childhood education teachers? The process and results of developing the creativity and personality curriculum for prospective childhood education teachers are as follows: The purpose of the creativity and personality curriculum for prospective teachers is to help them positively understand the importance of the creativity and personality program announced by the Ministry of Education and Science Technology in 2009, understand the principle of teaching, planning and operating creativity and personality program and enhance their own creativity and personality. In line with such purposes, the program was structured with diverse techniques for improved teachers way of thinking for creativity and personality, understanding of creative and moral child, creativity and personality education processes, plans and operation, creative and moral teacher and appropriate educational environment. These research findings discussed above explain the creativity and personality educational curriculum for future child teachers is effective in improving the teachers creativity and personality and a desirable teacher training method for successful child creativity and personality development.
