The importance of creativity has gained significant attentions as competency for future. In line with this, the purpose of this research is to explore future directions of physical education and evaluation for the youth creativity development. First and foremost, a range of literature was systematically reviewed to identify the concept of creativity. In addition, the meaning of creativity in the revised 2009 Physical Education Curriculum was investigated. It can be argued that the creativity included cognitive competence and distribute attributes. In particular, the curriculum stressed the need of creativity in aims, contents, teaching and learning and evaluation. I suggested that integrated approach, including humanistic, artistic and scientific aspects of physical education, will be needed to enhance youth creativity. Furthermore, diverse ways of evaluation should be required, especially centered on performance evaluation including three learning domains of psychomotor, cognitive and affective. Particularly, creativity should be developed with the connection of improving youth moral development.
