Analysis and Improvement of Teachers Recruitment Test in Ethics Education

The purpose of this paper is to analyze teachers recruitment test in Ethics education, and improve the ratio of successful applicants by helping our students to prepare the test. In order to help them, we analyze the tests done in 2009-2012, and take special lectures from April to May in 2012. Through questionnaire after lectures, we survey the students satisfaction and seek the next better program for them. Even though the pattern of recruitment test from 2013 is changed, we think that the basic contents and themes are almost same as them of the former tests. So this paper will be helpful not only for students to prepare the test as mush, and raise but also the ratio of successful applicants continuously.
