In this study, we analyzed tendency of problems related to science education domain of examinations for the official appointment of secondary school biology teachers. The analyzed results of 4 examination from 2010 to 2013 were examined. The categories of analysis were as follow : science curricula, science teaching and learning theories, science instructions, science learning evaluation and science philosophy. As results science teaching and learning theories and science instructions were higher proportions of science education domain of examinations for teacher appointment than others. It is probable that science teaching and learning theories and science instruction will be very important for science education in schools.
