In this paper we analysis on the examination for employing secondary school teachers in information and computer that is focused on the training creative students. Major testing part is consists of computer education, computer programming, data structure, database/file processing, operating systems, computer architecture/computer system, computer networks/introduction to Internet, logic circuits, algorithm analysis, and programming language. Second testing part of the examination is taken from computer subject matter education(30%), integration of computer subject matter education and computer subject contents(20%), and computer subject contents(50%). Third testing part of the examination is the teaching capability that is divided four parts; personality of teacher, capability of design course, skill of teaching course, and feedback skill of course.
