The purpose of this study is to analyze physical education teaching-learning management manual book development under 2009 revised physical education curriculum. For doing this, this paper is to discover the characteristics and direction under 2009 revised physical education curriculum. Based on an analysis of characteristic of physical education curriculum provides intensive physical education to those who want to major physical education or develop their ability by expanding opportunities of physical education at public education which might be insufficient compare to the demands. This should also alleviate private education expenses. Middle school physical education content is differentiated from normal school physical education by emphasizing not just physical activity but sports aiming at harmonious movement of body, which improve function of body and fitness. Teaching-learning management writing direction should be established for efficient operation of curriculum considering circumstances of school basing on harmony of originality and consideration and ultimately for foundation of training creative young talent as future-oriented expert of physical education area.
