This study is done to compare and to analyze some Informatics subject textbooks in high school that were developed according to the 2007 revised national curriculum about informatics. These textbooks were analyzed based on two criteria in framework and content, and collected data were analyzed according the content analysis method. As a result of analysis, a framework of target textbooks showed similarity in the entire construction, teacher centered author catalog, discipline-specific weight, and content developing structure. But the number of experiment and practice in analyzed textbooks showed differences. We proposed six improvements in developing Informatics subject textbook from the results of framework and content analysis, and these will be helpful guidelines in developing the Informatics subject textbook in the future.
