2007 개정 음악과 교육과정이 반영된 중등 음악교과서의 감상 영역 분석 및 개선방안 제시

An Analysis and Suggestion for the Music Appreciation Part of the Revised Music Textbooks Reflecting 2007 National Music Curriculum

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the Music Appreciation Part of the revised music textbook reflecting 2007 Revised Music Curriculum focusing on 7th and 8th grade. For this purpose, the 2007 Revised Music Curriculum was examined focusing on the Music Appreciation Part. The importance of the Music Appreaction part is clearly stated in the 2007 Revised Music Curriculum as the objectives of school Music as followed: to develop the students abilities to express and appreciate music creatively with an understanding of basic musical knowledge and skills. Then, the comparison and analysis of the music textbook for the 7th and 8th grade was followed focusing on the Music Appreation part. The criteria of the analysis were the number of pieces, the distribution of Korean/Western music, period, and types of music. Finally, based on the result of the analysis, the suggestions for the better way were represented.
