초등교사 임용후보자 선정 경쟁 시험 제도의 변화와 교육대학의 대응 방안

The Preparation and a Change of ‘New Appointment Test of Elementary School Teachers’

이 연구의 목적은 초등교사 임용후보자 선정 경쟁 시험 제도의 변화와 교육대학의 대응 방안을 고찰하여 개선 방향을 제안하는 데 있다. 초등교사 임용후보자 선정 경쟁 시험 제도의 변화를 고찰한 결과, 몇 가지 변화의 경향성을 확인할 수 있다. 첫째, 평가 내용이나 방법이 다양화 되는 경향을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 2차와 3차 비중이 점차 높아지는 경향을 보이고 있다. 한편, 교육대학에서는 1차, 2차, 3차 초등교사 임용후보자 선정 경쟁 시험 대비 프로그램을 운영하였는데, 학생 만족도 조사 결과에 따른 개선 방향을 찾아보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시험 대비 지원 프로그램의 운영 시기를 조정해야 한다. 둘째, 교육대학 차원에서 모든 전공이 참여하는 위원회를 조직하여 운영하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 3학년 학생들이 초등교사 임용후보자 선정 경쟁 시험을 미리 준비 할 수 있도록 겨울 방학 프로그램이 마련되어야 한다. 넷째, 학생들의 인성 교육 프로그램을 마련해야 한다.

The aim of this paper is to explore a change of new appointment test of elementary school teachers and to propose a few improvement directions. A change of appointment test of elementary school teachers shows a marked trend. First, test content and method are complicated. Second, the rate of 2nd and 3rd test are increased. Jeju National University efforts for preparing a new appointment test of elementary school teachers. There are many programs which are support for student to prepare the test. But, some programs have a problem. So, this paper proposed a few of improvement directions. First, the date of beginning is to be advanced. Second, a committee is to be organized. Third, winter program is to be developed. Forth, character education program is to be performed at once.
