한자급수 자격 취득자의 직무분석 연구

A Study on the Job Analysis of the HanJa Level Certification

본 연구는 한자급수 자격 취득자의 직무분석을 통해 직무 수행자의 가이드를 만드는데 그 목적이 있다. 우선, 한자급수 자격시험의 현황과 사회적 인식을 살펴보기 위해 기존 한자급수 자격증에 응시했던 사람들을 대상으로 자격의 필요성, 만족도, 학습 성과에 대해 조사하였다. 다음으로 연구의 목적에 맞춰 한자급수 자격증 소지자와 관련 전문가들을 소집해 직무분석 전문가 위원회를 구성했다. 직무분석 전문가 위원회는 직무 관련 전문가들이 직무에서 필요한 내용들을 찾아내는 방식인 DACUM 기법을 이용해 직무분석을 실시했고, 그 결과 한자급수 자격증 현황, 직무정의와 직무개요, 직무명세서 및 직무기술서 등의 내용을 제시하였다. 그리고 직무분석의 모형을 4단계로 정리했으며, 1단계는 직무분석 준비, 2단계는 직무모형 설정, 3단계는 직무명세서와 직무기술서의 도출, 4단계는 직무모형 검토이다. 직무분석 결과는 향후 한자 교육 및 한자급수 자격간의 내용 구축에 적용이 가능하고, 체계적인 한자급수 자격시험에 이바지 할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to design for job guideline and standards for preparation of the Hanja level qualification. In this study, a job analysis of DACUM method to extract contents such as job definition and job summary, status of qualifications, job description, job specification were done by specialists. First of all, we investigated the status and social awareness of the Hanja Level Certification. Those who applied for the existing Hanja Level Certificate were surveyed on the need for qualifications, satisfaction, and learning outcomes.. The specialists committee consisted of Hanja experts and license holders. This paper presents four step job analysis model by procedures for developing examination of the Certification of Hanja Level. The first step is preparation for job analysis, the second step is establishment of job model, the third step is job specification analysis and job description, the fourth step: is review of job model. The results of study improve Hanja education and establishment of guidelines for Hanja Level Certification.
