마을교육공동체의 방과후학교 참여 활성화 방안 연구

A Study on the Activation Plan of After-School Programs for Village Community

본 연구의 목적은 마을교육의 방과후학교 참여 의의를 살펴보고 학교와 마을교육 간의 연계활동을 보다 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 관련 연구문헌을 검토하고 관계자를 인터뷰 하고 마을교육과 방과후학교의 강점, 약점, 기회, 위기 요인들을 분석하고 연계 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과 방과후학교는 학부모의 높은 만족도, 사교육비 경감 등에 효과가 있는 것으로 인식되는 등 긍정적인 기능을 수행하고 있으며, 지역사회와의 연계활동 강화를 중요하게 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최근에는 방과후학교와 마을교육이 서로 연계하는 사례가 나타나고 있다. 이는 방과후학교와 마을교육의 연계를 통해 학생들이 지역사회 공동체 의식을 함양하고 지역사회의 공동체성을 회복하는 밑거름이 된다는 측면에서 매우 중요한 의미를 지니고 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 마을교육의 방과후학교 참여가 보다 활성화를 위해서는 단위학교에서는 마을교육 만이 가지고 있는 고유의 특징을 충분히 이해할 필요가 있으며 마을교육 단체들은 방과후학교 활동을 위한 전문성을 제고해야 함을 대안으로 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of participation of after-school in village education and to suggest ways to activate linkage activities between school and village education. we review the relevant research literature and interview, analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and crisis factors of village education and after-school, and suggest ways to activate the linkage. The results showed that after-school has positive effects such as high satisfaction of parents, reduction of private education expenses, and so on. In recent years, there have been cases in which after-school and village education have been linked to each other. This is very important in terms of reinforcing community consciousness and restoring the community of community through the linkage of after-school and village education. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to fully understand the unique characteristics of village education in unitary schools in order to activate the participation of after-school education in village education. Village education groups should improve their expertise for after-school activities as an alternative Respectively.
