성공적인 창업보육을 위해서는 창업보육매니저의 전문성을 향상시키는 것이 가장 중요하다. 창업보육매니저의 전문성 향상을 위해서는 업무 역량 강화를 위한 최적화된 자원의 투입이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 창업보육매니저 관점에서 창업보육매니저가 중요하다고 판단되는 업무 역량과 업무에 투여되는 자원의 차이를 IPA를 기반으로 진단한다. 첫 단계로 창업보육매니저의 역량을 진단하기 위한 지표를 관련 문헌 연구를 통해 도출한다. 성공적 창업보육을 위한 성공요인 및 주요 업무역량을 도출하고 주요 업무역량을 측정하기 위한 지표를 산출한다. 두 번째 단계에서는 도출된 지표를 기반으로 창업보육매니저를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 상대적중요도를 도출한다. 창업보육매니저가 인식하는 지표의 우선순위를 결정한다. 세 번째 단계에서는 창업보육매니저의 업무에 투입한 자원을 측정한다. 창업보육을 위해서 투여되는 업무 역량의 시간 및 자원 비율을 조사한다. 마지막으로 도출된 창업보육매니저의 지표에 대한 상대적중요도 및 자원투입을 기반으로 IPA 분석을 실시한다. IPA 분석을 통해 창업보육매니저가 입주기업을 지원할 수 있는 자원 활용의 효율성 극대화를 위한 전략의 도출이 가능하다.

It is most important to improve the professionalism of incubator manager for successful incubation. In order to improve the professionalism of incubator manager, it is necessary to optimize the resource of the incubator manager for increasing the capabilities of incubator manager. Therefore, in this study, the difference between the relative importance extracted from the viewpoint of the incubator manager and the resources performed by the incubator manager was diagnosed. In a first step, we derive the measures for assessing the capability of the incubator manager based on related literature review. The success factors and core capabilities for successful incubation are extracted and measures are drawn for assessing the core capabilities. In the second stage, the questionnaire survey based on the derived measures to extract the relative importance is conducted on the incubator manager. The relative importance recognized by the incubator manager are derived. In the third step, the resources invested in the incubator manager are investigated. The time and resource ratio of incubation manager for incubation are investigated. Finally, IPA is applied based on relative importance and resources invested in incubator manager. By using the IPA, it is possible to extract the strategy for maximizing the efficiency of resource utilization.
