간호간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무만족

Nurse’s Job Satisfaction Working at the Nursing caring Integrated Service Wards

본 연구는 간호간병통합서비스를 시행하는 병원의 간호간병통합서비스 병동과 일반병동에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 직무만족의 차이를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. P광역시에 소재하는 간호간병통합서비스 병원 중 300병상 미만 중소병원 간호사 171명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 대상자의 직무만족은 Slavitt 등(1978)이 개발한 도구를 홍성정(2008)이 37문항으로 수정한 도구를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficients, multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 간호간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무만족은 간호업무환경이 개선되어 시범사업시기 수행된 직무만족보다 상승하는 추세이나 시행 3년차로 그 결과가 제대로 반영되지 않은 것으로 예측된다. 따라서 간호간병통합서비스 병동 운영 경과에 따른 간호사의 직무만족 변화를 관찰하여 간호간병통합서비스가 간호사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 지속적으로 관찰할 필요가 있다.

This study was conducted to identify differences in nurses’ job satisfaction between nursing‐caring integrated service wards and general wards of nursing‐caring integrated service hospitals. The subjects of this study were 171 nurses in nursing‐caring integrated service hospitals with less than 300 beds located in P city. This study used the tool with 37 items modified by Hong(2008) as a survey tool for the job satisfaction of the subjects. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple regression using SPSS 23.0 version. It is necessary to improve the job satisfaction of the nurses through the improvement of the nursing work environment and the definite role clarification at the organization level. And there was no difference in job satisfaction according to working ward between nursing‐caring integrated service wards and general wards. However, it is necessary to continuously observe changes in job satisfaction of nurses according to the progress of nursing caring integrated service ward operation since it is the beginning of nursing‐caring integrated service ward operation.
