학교도서관 사서와 사서교사의 교사효능감과 교수활동 수준에 관한 연구

A Study on Teacher Efficacy and Level of Teaching Activity of Librarian and Librarian Teacher in School Library

이 연구는 학교도서관 교수활동의 주체인 사서와 사서교사의 교사효능감과 교수활동 수준에 관한 차이를 입증하기 위해, 그들의 협업 및 단독수업 실태, 교사효능감 수준, 양자 간의 효능감 차이, 교수활동 수준에 따른 교사효능감의 차이에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구결과 교사효능감은 도서관운영영역이 높았으나 수업영역에서 가장 낮았고 사서교사보다 사서의 교사효능감이 낮게 나타났으며, 교사효능감은 교수활동 수준이 높을수록 높게 나타났다. 이 연구로 학교도서관 사서와 사서교사의 교수활동 전문성 함양을 위한 지속적인 연구가 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how librarian s teaching activities to affect the librarian s self-efficacy in teaching librarians and librarians. The results of this study is showed that teachers efficacy is the lowest in the area of library operation, but the lowest in the class area. The librarian s teacher efficacy is lower than librarians teachers. This study requires continuous research to develop professionalism of teaching activities of school librarians and librarians.
