여대생의 성적 자기주장이 임신인식에 미치는 영향

The effects of sexual assertiveness on pregnancy recognition of female college student

최근 저 출산과 관련된 근본적인 문제의 관련요인을 파악하기 위하여 가임기 여성인 20대 여대생들을 대상으로 여성의 특성 중에서 성적 자기주장이 임신인식에 미치는 영향을 분석한 단면조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 C도와 J도 소재 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 여대생 325명이었고, 자료수집은 2018년 4월 1일부터 5월 8일까지이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN/21.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Simple regression를 사용하였다. 조사도구는 Patricia J.(1997) 등이 개발한 5점 척도인 ‘성적 자기주장’이었고, ‘성적 자기주장’의 하위구성요소는 ‘시작’, ‘거절’, ‘성병예방’ 으로 구성되어 있다. 분석 결과, ‘성적 자기주장’의 하위구성요소인 ‘시작’(p<0.01)과 ‘성병예방’(p<0.01)은 임신인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 건강하고 안전한 임신과 출산을 장려하는 프로그램은 구체적인 성행동과 관련된 성적 자기주장의 하위요소인 ‘시작’과 ‘성병예방’과 같은 여성의 특성을 포함하여 체계적으로 시행해야 할 것이다. 이 결과를 출산장려 정책에 기초자료로 활용할 것을 제안한다.

In order to understand the fundamental problem of low birth rate, a recent national problem, this study analyzed the effect of sexual self assertiveness on the pregnancy recognition. The method of research was cross sectional study. Subject of this study was 325 female college students from C and J DO’s university. Data were collected from 2018 APR 1st to MAY 8th. and analyzed using SPSS WIN/21.0 to get frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Simple regression. The research tool was ‘sexual self assertiveness’ 5 likerts developed by Patricia J(1997), the subcomponents of sexual self assertivenss were composed of ‘initiation’, ‘refusal’, and ‘STD prevention’. As a result, the subcomponents of sexual self assertiveness, ‘initiation’(p<0.01) and ‘STD prevention’(p<0.01) affect to pregnancy recognition. Based on the above results, we suggests program should be developed including feminine characteristics, to use as a basic data of the promoting childbirth policy for healthy pregnancy and childbirth.
