간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력 영향요인

Factors Influencing self-directed learning ability in nursing college students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 간호대학생 128명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집은 2018년 3월 26일에서 동년 4월 30일까지였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/PC WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수와 백분율, 평균, 평균평점과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA와 Scheffe s test, Pearson s correlation coefficients 및 stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 제 특성에 따른 자기주도학습능력 정도는 연령(F=5.305, ｐ=.006), 대학생활만족도(F=6.320, ｐ=.002), 성격(F=13.271, ｐ=.000)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 자기주도학습능력은 자아탄력성(r=.539, ｐ<.001), 셀프리더십(r=.802, ｐ<.001)과 정적인 상관관계를 보여주었다. 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력은 자아탄력성, 셀프리더십에 따라서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 전체 설명력은 65.6%였으며, 가장 큰 영향력은 셀프리더십(ß=.802)으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력을 함양시키기 위해서는 셀프리더십 및 자아탄력성 향상을 위한 지속적인 지지와 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이며, 이러한 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력을 위해 프로그램 개발과 실행이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing self-directed learning ability in nursing college students. Data were collected from the 26th March to 30th April 2018 with a structured questionnaires from nursing college students. Data were analyzed by SPSS/PC WIN 21.0 program to obtain percentage, average, mean rating, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe s test, Pearson s correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. Degree of self-directed learning ability in research targets showed remarkable differences statistically by Age(F=5.305, ｐ=.006), Satisfaction with college life(F=6.320, ｐ=.002) and own’s character(F=13.271, ｐ=.000). self-directed learning ability was positively correlated with ego resiliency(r=.539, ｐ<.001), self-leadership (r=.802, ｐ<.001). There was a significant difference in self-directed learning ability by ego resiliency, self-leadership. Total explanatory power was 65.6% and the explanatory power of the degree of self-leadership(ß=.802) was greater than other factors. To help nursing college students improve self-directed learning ability, interventions should be provied to increase self-leadership, ego resiliency. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement such programs to improve self-directed learning ability in nursing college students.
