간호대학생의 또래애착, 우울이 인터넷 중독에 미치는 효과

The effect of Peer Attachment, Depression of Nursing Students on Internet Addiction

본 연구는 간호대학생의 또래애착, 우울 및 인터넷 중독 정도를 파악하고 이들 간의 관계를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 편의로 선정한 일개의 대학 간호학과 378명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 평균, 표준편차, t-검정, 분산분석 및 측정변인들 간의 상관관계분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 인터넷 중독 정도는 중간 정도를 보였으며 이는 성별, 종교, 수업시간 사적인 목적의 휴대폰 사용 여부, 수업시간 사적인 목적의 휴대폰을 사용 여부, 인터넷 사용의 주목적, 하루 평균 인터넷 사용시간, 본인이 지각하는 인터넷 중독의 사회적 심각성에 따라 차이가 있었다. 간호대학생의 인터넷 중독은 우울과 순 상관관계, 또래애착과 역 상관관계를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 인터넷에 노출되는 정도가 높고 인터넷 사용이 자유로운 현 시점에서 예외일수 없는 간호대학생의 인터넷 중독을 감소시킬 수 있는 다양한 형태의 프로그램이 운영될 수 있도록 체계적인 지도적 접근이 필요하며 그 효과를 확인하는 연구를 제언한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of peer attachment, depression and internet addiction in nursing college students and attempted to look over the relationship between them. The subjects of the study were 378 college students who were selected by convenience. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 for frequency analysis, Mean difference test: t-test, ANOVA. and correlation analysis. As a result of this study, the degree of Internet addiction of nursing college students was moderate, it is different according to sex, religion, class time, whether the cell phone is used for personal purposes, the use of cell phone for class time, purpose of internet use, average internet use time per day. The Internet addiction of nursing college students showed positive correlation with depression and negative correlation with peer attachment. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to systematically guide the curriculum so that various types of programs can be operated to reduce Internet addiction of nursing college students who are exposed to the Internet and are free to use the internet at present.
