중학생 ‘소확행’척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

A Study on the Development and Validation of the Small but Definite Happiness Index for Middle School Students

본 연구는 대전지역 중학생을 위한 작지만 확실한 행복, ‘소확행’ 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구로 중학생의 소확행에 대한 요인을 탐색하고 도출된 요인과 중학생용 행복척도와의 상관관계를 통해 타당화 연구를 하고자 하였다. 연구는 3단계로 이루어졌는데, 우선 대전 동구 지역 중학교 2학년 58명을 대상으로 중학생이 지각하는 소확행의 요인을 구조화된 개방적 질문지를 사용하여 집단면접 방식으로 탐색하여 102가지 공통문항을 정리하였다. 2차 연구에서 공통문항들을 통합하고 모호한 문항들을 제외시키는 작업을 반복하여 예비문항을 개발하고, 3차 연구에서는 대전광역시 중학교 2학년 350명을 대상으로 소확행 예비설문지와 중학생용 행복척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 분석하고 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 중학생 행복척도와 소확행 예비척도 각각 8개의 요인으로 추출되었고, 소확행 요인은 친구, 휴식, 공부, 외모관리, 취미, 운동, 가족, 혼자놀이 등 43개 문항 8개 요인으로 도출되었고 중학생 소확행과 중학생 행복 두 척도간의 상관도는 높게 나타났다. 이번 연구결과는 중학생의 소확행 척도개발 및 타당화 연구를 통해 중학생들을 보다 더 행복하게 만드는 요인들을 확인하였고 중학생 소확행 척도를 개발하는 좋은 기회가 되었다.

This study Small but Certain Happiness and Welfare for middle school students in Daejeon by exploring the factors related to the progress of middle school students through development and feasibility study. The study consisted of three stages, first of which examined 58 middle school students in the Dong-gu area of Daejeon using structured open questionnaire to examine the factors of the progress. Preliminary questions were developed by combining common questions and excluding ambiguous questions in the Wave 2 study. In the 3rd study, the preliminary questions were surveyed for 350 middle school students in Daejeon City. As a result, each of the preliminary measures for middle school students happiness and happiness were extracted as 8 factors, and the factors for middle school students study and appearance management, hobby, exercise, family, and solo play were found. The results of the study confirmed the factors that made middle school students happier through the development and feasibility study of middle school students and gave them a good opportunity to develop the standards for middle school students.
