디자인과 디지털 미디어 기술의 접목은 이용자와의 소통 및 정보의 전달을 위한 새로운 방향을 제시하고 있으며 사인 디자인에서도 사용자의 이동을 위해 정보를 명확히 전달하고 정보의 이해도를 높이기 위해 다양한 디지털 미디어를 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 일반적으로 사인 디자인은 2차원 그래픽의 정보 시스템을 기반으로 하지만, 사용자의 경험을 바탕으로 지속적인 정보를 전달하기 위해서 공감적 커뮤니케이션을 형성하는 것이 중요해면서 이를 구현하기 위해 디지털 미디어 기술을 적용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 효율적으로 정보를 전달하고 이용자 친화적인 사인 시스템으로서 바이스트로닉 인터랙티브 라이팅을 사례 연구로 제시하였다. 먼저, 사인 시스템, 유도 사인, 인터랙션 디자인과 엔터테인먼트에 대해 이론적으로 고찰하고, 바이스트로닉 인터랙티브 라이팅의 개발 과정을 라이팅 애니메이션, 인터페이스 구조, 하드웨어 구동 및 프로그래밍의 순서로 설명하였다. 개발된 시스템의 실행을 통해 정보의 표현, 기술 적용 및 사용자와의 커뮤니케이션에 대한 3가지 측면에서 의미를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 인터랙티브 미디어 기술로 화살표 이미지의 라이팅 애니메이션을 생성함으로써 정보 전달의 역할에 충실하면서도 흥미를 유발하고, 이용자, 사인 구조물 사이에 인터랙션을 발생시켜 복잡한 전시공간에서 이동할 방향을 강조함으로써 정보전달의 지속력을 높이며, 마치 라이팅 쇼를 관람하는 듯한 경험을 제공하여 공감적 커뮤니케이션을 이끌어낼 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Design and digital media technology are a new direction for communication and information communication with users. In sign design, various digital media are actively utilized to clearly convey information for user s movement and to enhance information understanding. . Generally, the sign design is based on the two-dimensional graphic information system. However, it is important to establish empathic communication in order to transmit information continuously based on the user s experience, and digital media technology is applied to realize this. In this paper, we present a case study of Bystronic interactive writing as a user - friendly sign system that efficiently transmits information. First of all, I will study the sign system, induction sign, interaction design and entertainment theoretically and describe the development process of bystronic interactive lighting in the order of lighting animation, interface structure, hardware driving and programming. Through the implementation of the developed system, the implications were expressed in terms of information representation, application of technology, and communication with users. By creating the lighting animation of the arrow image with the interactive media technology, it stimulates interest in the role of information transfer and generates the interaction between the user and the sign structure, emphasizing the movement direction in the complex exhibition space, And it was possible to lead empathic communication by providing experience that seemed to watch a lighting show.
