본 연구의 목적은 청소년에게 애착중심 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하여 스마트폰 과의존 수준을 낮추는데 효과가 있는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 G시 000초등학교 6학년 총 143명을 대상으로 한국형 스마트폰 자가진단 척도인 S-척도 검사를 실시하여 잠재적 위험 사용자군 이상의 점수로 분류된 대상자들 중에서 부모의 동의하에 본인이 참여를 원하는 10명으로 실험집단 5명, 대기자집단 5명이다. 연구도구는 한국형 청소년 스마트폰 중독 자가진단 척도(S-척도)와 부모애착 척도(IPPA-R)와 새둥지화 그림검사(BND)이며 사전⋅사후⋅추후에 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 집단과 검사 시기에 따라 Kruskal Wallis Test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과 실험집단은 사전⋅사후⋅추후에서 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 반면, 대기자 집단은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 애착에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과 실험집단은 사전⋅사후⋅추후에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한, 새둥지화 검사에서 실험집단은 애착 수준이 향상되었음을 알 수 있으며, 대기자집단은 그림 묘사의 내용에서 별다른 변화가 없었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 애착중심 집단미술치료는 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존 감소에 긍정적 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.
The study s goal was to determine if an attachment-focused group art therapy was effective to treat attachment behavior and smartphone overdependence. The subjects of the study included a total of 143 students in G City grade 6 elementary school. Then people who wanted to participate included five experimental groups and five waiting groups. The research tools were the Korean youth smartphone addiction self-diagnosis scale (S-scale), the parent association scale (IPPA-R), and the Bird s Nest Drawing Test (BND), which was conducted after the pre-examination. In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, the Kruskal Wallis test was conducted according to the group and test period. Analysis of the effects on smartphone overdependence showed a statistically significant difference in pre- and post-experinentation. Second, investigation of art therapy s effect on attachment revealed a statistically significant difference in the test group following pre-examination. Moreover, BND testing indicated that the experimental group improved the level of attachment. This study is significance since it suggested the attachment-focused group art therapy program found that attachment affected early youth smartphone overdependence.
