노인의 사회적 배제가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 - 사회적 서비스의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

Effects of Social Exclusion on the Satisfaction of the Elderly: - Focusing on the mediated effects of social-servicee -

본 연구는 노인의 사회적 배제가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 서비스의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위하여 한국복지패널 12차(2017년)에서 65세 이상 노인 4770명을 대상으로 연구한 결과를 기술한다. 먼저, 사회적 배제의 경험은 평균 1.29개, 사회서비스 경험은 3.849개, 생활만족도는 23.538점으로 나타났다. 첫째, 노인의 사회적 배제에서 소득배제, 건강배제, 교육배제, 주거배제는 생활만족도에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 사회적 배제에서 경제배제, 건강배제, 교육배제는 사회적 서비스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 주거배제는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 사회적 서비스는 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적 배제의 경제배제, 교육배제는 사회적 서비스를 경유하여 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 유의한 부분매개효과가 나타났다.

This study describes the results of the study of 4,770 people aged 65 or older in the 12th edition of the Korea Welfare Panel (2017) to examine the mediated effects of social service experience in the impact of social exclusion on living satisfaction.
