요양병원 작업치료사의 평가도구 사용에 관한 연구

The Use of Occupational Therapy Assessment Tool by Occupational Therapists in Long-term Care Hospital

목적 : 연구의 목적은 요양병원에서 근무하는 작업치료사의 평가도구에 대한 사용실태를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 요양병원에 근무하는 작업치료사를 편의추출법으로 추출하였고, 연구에 동의한 80명에게 설문지를 배 포하였고, 최종적으로 69부를 분석하였다. 설문지는 총 19문항으로 일반적 특성, 업무 관련 정보, 임 상에서 사용되는 평가도구에 관한 정보로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여, 기술통 계, 독립표본 T검정, 일원배치분산분석, 사후검증으로 Duncan s test를 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 요양병원에서 사용하는 상지 및 소근육 기능 평가에서는 Manual Function Test(MFT)가 68.1%로, 인 지 및 지각 평가에서는 Mini-Mental Status Examination(MMSE)가 94.2%, 일상생활동작 및 작업수행 검사는 Modified Barthel Index(MBI)가 95.7%, 이학적 검사에서는 감각검사가 75.4%로 각 영역별로 가장 많이 사용하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 평가도구 사용수의 차이에서 평가도구 사용수는 연령, 월급여, 1일 치료 환자수, 병원 병상 수에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었지만 성별, 교육 수준, 근무형태, 임상경력에 따라서는 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결론 : 국내 작업치료사 평가도구 사용과 요양병원 작업치료사의 평가도구 사용 경향은 다소 차이가 있으며, 근무조건과 평가도구 사용수는 서로 관련이 있었다. 본 연구는 추후 요양병원 작업치료사들의 실태파 악 및 교육의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Objective : The objective of this survey was to investigate assessment tools commonly used by occupational therapists working in long-term care hospital. Method : The occupational therapists working in long-term care hospitals were extracted by convenience extraction. Survey was 19 items composed of general characteristics, information on practical task and assessment. The participants were 69 occupational therapists. Analysis of the data was done by SPSS 20.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA. Result : The most used assessment in hand function was Manual Function Test(68.1%). Cognitive and perceptual assessment was MMSE-K(94.2%) and activities in daily living assessment was Modified Barthel Index(95.7%). The most used physical test was sensory test(75.4%). The number of using assessment was different according age, salary, the number of patients and the number of bed in the hospital. Conclusion : Trends of occupational therapists working in long care hospital was different with all occupational therapists in Korean. The number of using assessment was related to working condition. This study will be utilized as basic data for education and research on the actual situation
