지역주민의 치매 태도 및 우울에 관한 조사

A Study on the Dementia Attitude and Depression of Residents in a Community

목적 : 본 연구는 지역주민이 가진 치매 태도 및 우울을 파악하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 부산광역시에 거주하는 지역주민 88명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. SPSS version 24.0 프 로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 대상자들의 일반적 특성을 빈도분석, 일반적 특성에 따른 치매 태도 및 우울의 차이는 t-test, ANOVA로 분석하여 산출하였다. 연구결과 : 일반적 특성에 따른 치매 태도는 연령과 교육수준에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 일반적 특 성에 따른 우울은 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 치매 태도 점수는 7점 Likert 척도로 92.33점이 었고, 우울은 2점 척도로 3.67점이었다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해서 지역주민의 치매태도와 우울에 대한 자료를 제시하였다. 본 결과를 바탕으로 향후 지역주민의 치매 태도와 우울 개선에 다양한 근거를 제시하고 추후 연구에 대한 방향을 제시할 것 으로 기대한다.

Objective : This study was conducted to identify the perception and understanding of dementia attitude and depression among residents in our community. Method : Data was collected based on 88 residents who live in Busan with custom-made survey. The frequency of analysis was calculated using SPSS v24 software to identify the general characteristics of residents. Differences between dementia attitude and depression factors were analyzed using t-test and ANOVA. Result : There were significant differences in awareness of the dementia attitude according to age and level of education. Depression was not significant factor in this study. The score of dementia attitude was 92.33 on a 7-point Likert scale and for depression was 3.67 on a 2-point scale. Conclusion : This study was presented to exhibit the current status of residents’ dementia attitude and depression. The results of the study suggest that more of evidences are necessary to improve the perception of the dementia attitude and depression among residents in our community.
