청소년의 사회적 유대가 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향과 자아존중감의 매개효과 연구: 빈곤 인식 보호청소년과 일반청소년의 다집단 분석

A Study on the Mediating Effect of Self esteem in the Influence of Social Bonding of Youth on Self Leadership : A Multi-group Analysis between poverty perceptions adolescents of correctional facility and General Adolescents

본 연구에서는 청소년들의 사회적 유대가 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향과 자아존중감의 매개효과를 분석하고자 한다. 또한 세 변인에서 빈곤 인식 보호청소년과 일반청소년들 사이에서는 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 2015년 아동청소년 데이터 아카이브를 통해 수집된 패널 데이터를 활용하였다. 청소년은 사회적 유대가 높고 자아존중감이 높을수록 셀프리더십이 향상되며, 사회적 유대와 셀프리더십의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 집단의 차이에 대한 분석 결과, 보호청소년이 일반청소년에 비해 사회적 유대가 낮고 자아존중감도 낮은 것으로 확인되었으나 셀프리더십에는 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 보호청소년과 일반청소년에 대한 집중적인 지원과 더불어 상담이론을 접목한 개별적인 개입 전략의 수립이 필요할 것이다.

This study examined the mediating effects of self-esteem in the relationship between adolescent social bonding and self leadership. In addition, the relationship between variables tried to verify the protection of between the poverty perceptions adolescents of correctional facility and the general youth. For the research, the panel data was collected through the data archive of children and adolescents in 2015. As a result, the poverty perceptions adolescents with higher social bonding and higher self-esteem showed improvement in self-leadership, and the relationship between social bonding and self-leadership revealed mediating effect of self-esteem. The analysis of differences between the two groups showed that the group of adolescents of correctional facility had lower social bonding and lower self-esteem than the group of general adolescents, but there was no difference in self-leadership. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish an individual intervention strategy that incorporates intensive support and counseling theory for adolescents of correctional facility and the general youth.
