교류분석을 적용한 개인상담이 전자장치 부착 성폭력 범죄자의 특성불안 및 자살위험성 변화에 미치는 효과

Effects of personal counseling using Transactional Analysis on Characteristic Anxiety, Suicide Risk of Sexual Offenders with GPS

본 연구는 전자장치부착 성폭력범죄자에게 교류분석이론을 적용한 개인상담이 특성불안, 자살위험성에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구의 진행기간은 2018년 3월부터 2018년 8월까지 진행하였으며, 개인상담의 효과성을 확인하기 위해 양적 자료 분석으로서 통제집단과 실험집단을 설정하여 실시 전․후에 검사지를 실시 한 후 t-test를 실행하였고, 질적 자료 분석으로서 연구자․관찰자 중심기법을 활용하였다. 연구결과 참여대상자의 특성불안이 긍정적으로 나타났으며, 자살위험성에서는 절망감과 자살생각에서 유의한 차이로 나타났다. 이들에게 심리적 특성불안과 자살위험성에 대한 감정정서표출을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있는 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 교정시설관련 실천현장에서 전자장치 부착 대상자들에게 교류분석이론을 적용하여 개인상담으로 활용할 수 있다는 점은 큰 성과라고 할 수 있다.

The study is to investigate the effects of personal counseling using transactional analysis on characteristic anxiety, suicide risk of sexual offenders with GPS. Period was March. to August. 2018. For the effectiveness of personal counseling, setting the experiment group/control as quantitative data analysis, before/ after implementation, t-test was performed, researcher/observer-centered techniques were used for qualitative analysis. The results were positive, there was a significant difference between despair and thought of suicide in the risk of suicide. We could see the importance of providing them with a chance to express their feelings for psychological characteristic anxiety and suicide risk. Besides, it is a great achievement to apply transactional analysis theory to GPS attached objects at correctional facilities and to utilize them through personal counseling.
