대학생 부모의 진로지지와 대학생활적응 간의 관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과

The Mediating Effects of Career Resilience on the Relationship between Parent’s Career Support and University Life Adjustment

본 연구는 대학생 부모의 진로지지와 대학생활적응 간의 관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과를 확인하고자 시도 되었다. 이를 위해 경상남도 지역에 재학 중인 대학생들 중에서 무선 표집을 통해 선정된 272명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 및 AMOS 18을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 본 연구에서 설정한 연구모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 부모의 진로지지는 대학생활적응에 의미 있는 영향을 미치지 못하지만, 진로탄력성을 통해 대학생활적응에 미치는 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 부모의 진로지지는 대학생활적응에 직접적인 영향을 주지는 않지만, 자녀의 진로탄력성을 높이는 방식으로 대학생활적응에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학생활적응에 대한 진로탄력성의 중요성, 진로상담의 역할 등에 대한 논의가 제시되었다.

This study was conducted to explore the mediating effects of career resilience on the relationship between parent’s career support and university life adjustment. 272 survey conducted on college students which are selected through random sampling in Gyeongnam province. The collected data analyzed by SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18. According to the analysis, the hypothesis model that set-up in this study proved as suitable. Parent’s career support did not show significant effects on the university life adjustment, but the mediating effects of career resilience identified as significant. Therefore, parent’s career support indirectly affect on the university life adjustment was verified. Based on the results, the importance of career resilience, the role of career counseling, and etc were discussed.
