반응성 교수 교육과정이 예비 언어치료사들의 교육신념 변화에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Responsive Teaching Curriculum on the Educational Beliefs of Preliminary Speech and Language Therapists

본 연구는 예비언어치료사들의 교육신념이 구성주의 철학에 기반을 둔 반응성 교수(RT) 교육과정 수강을 통해 변화가 있는지 살펴보았다. 교육신념은 성숙주의, 행동주의, 상호작용주의로 구분되었으며, B시 내 D대학 언어치료학과 3,4학년 35명을 대상으로 예비언어치료사들의 교육신념을 살펴본 결과, 행동주의, 상호작용주의, 성숙주의 순으로 행동주의 교육신념이 가장 높게 나타났다. 이들 중 반응성 교수 교육과정에 참여한 24명의 예비언어치료사들의 교육신념은 교육 후 상호작용주의, 행동주의, 성숙주의 순으로 나타났으며, 상호작용주의 교육신념은 유의한 변화가 나타났다. 반응성 교수(RT) 교육으로 예비언어치료사들의 상호작용주의 교육신념의 변화가 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 언어치료사 양성을 위한 교육과정이 언어치료사의 교육신념 형성에 영향을 미치는 점과 발달에 적합한 실제의 교육신념과 전문적인 언어치료사 양성을 위한 교육과정 운영의 기초자료로의 활용 등에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of responsive teaching curriculum based on the constructivist philosophy on the educational beliefs of preliminary speech and language therapists. Educational beliefs were classified into maturationism, behaviorism, and interactionism. For this purpose, the educational beliefs of 34 students in 3rd and 4th grade of D university in B city were analysed. The results showed that the educational beliefs of preliminary speech and language therapists were the highest in order of behaviorism, interactionism, and maturationism. The educational beliefs of 24 preliminary language therapists participating in the reactive teaching curriculum were changed in the order of interactionism, behaviorism, and maturationism. There was a significant difference in interactionism. Responsive teaching(RT) curriculum showed a change in the educational belief of preliminary speech and language therapists. Based on the results, it was discussed that the curriculum for language therapists affects to change the educational beliefs of language therapists and it is available to educate educational beliefs appropriate for children s development and as basic data for the operation of the curriculum for the training of professional speech therapists.
