간호대학생의 임상실습 오리엔테이션을 위한 맞춤형 어플리케이션 개발

Application Development for Customized Clinical Practice Orientation of Nursing Students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 임상실습 오리엔테이션을 위해 실습 병원에 기반하여 어플리케이션을 개발하는 것이다. 임상실습 오리엔테이션 어플리케이션은 분석, 설계, 구현, 평가의 과정으로 개발되었다. 총 개발기간은 2018년 7월 2일부터 8월 28일이었다. 어플리케이션의 콘텐츠는 병원정보부분 오리엔테이션 교육부분, 퀴즈부분으로 구성되었고, 시스템은 스마트폰을 기반으로 설계되었다. 개발된 어플리케이션은 전문가 집단에 의해 편의성이 평가되었고, 간호대학생집단에 의해 편의성과 만족도 평가가 시행되었다. 전문가 집단에 의한 기능적 편의성은 평균 5점 만점에 4.63점이었으며, 내용적 편의성은 4.60점이었다. 간호대학생에 의한 기능적 편의성은 평균 5점 만점에 4.13점이었으며, 내용적 편의성은 4.02점이었다. 간호대학생의 만족도 평가는 평균 5점 만점에 적절성에서 4.00점, 유희성에서 3.56점, 편재성에서 4.45점, 만족에서 3.77점이었다. 본 연구결과, 개발된 어플리케이션은 전문가 집단과 간호대학생 집단에서 기능적 편의성과 내용적 편의성 평가가 높았고, 학생집단에서 어플리케이션 활용에 만족도가 높았다. 연구의 결과를 기반으로 향후 임상현장에서 임상실습을 수행하는 간호대학생의 실습적응을 높일 교육방법이 체계적으로 개발되어야겠다.

The purpose of this study is to develop application based on practical hospitals for clinical practice orientation of nursing students. The development process of clinical practice orientation applications was analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. The total development period was from July 2 to August 28, 2018. The contents of the application consisted of the hospital information part,, the orientation education part, and the quiz part, and the system was designed based on the smart phone. The developed applications were evaluated by the expert group for convenience, and convenience and satisfaction were assessed by nursing students. Functional convenience was 4.63 points out of 5 points, content convenience was 4.60 points by the expert group. Functional convenience was 4.13 points out of 5 points and content convenience was 4.02 points by nursing students. The satisfaction evaluation of nursing students was 4.00 points out of 5 points in fitness, 3.56 points in playability, 4.45 points in ubiquity, 3.77 points in satisfaction. As a result of this study, the developed applications were highly evaluated for functional convenience and content convenience in the professional group and nursing students, and students were highly satisfied with application utilization. Based on this study, it is necessary to systematically develop a training method to enhance the practical adaptation of nursing students who perform clinical practice in the clinical field in the future.
