대인돌봄 연극치료 프로그램이 간호사의 정서지능, 직무스트레스와 삶의 질에 미치는 효과

Effects of Interpersonal Caring Drama therapy Program on Emotional Intelligence, Job Stress and Quality of Life in Clinical Nurses

본 연구는 대인돌봄 연극치료 프로그램을 간호사에게 적용한 후 정서지능, 직무스트레스, 삶의 질에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법은 C시 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사 실험군 29명, 대조군 30명을 대상으로 실험군에 대인돌봄 연극치료 프로그램을 1회당 90분씩 주 2회 총 8회기로 4주 동안 시행하였고 사전-사후 검사로 실험군과 대조군의 정서지능, 직무스트레스, 삶의 질을 평가하였다. SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성은 빈도분석, 기술통계, 일반적 특성과 종속변수의 동질성은 x²-test, Independent t-test, Fisher s exact test, 종속변수의 정규성은 Kolmogorov-Smirnov 검정, 집단 간 검사 및 사전-사후 검사는 Independent t-test, Paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과로 대인돌봄 연극치료 프로그램에 참여한 실험군은 정서지능, 직무스트레스, 삶의 질에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타났다. 위？l 결과를 통해, 대인돌봄 연극치료 프로그램은 간호사의 정서지능의 향상과 직무스트레스의 감소, 삶의 질을 높이는데 효과를 규명하였고, 본 프로그램으로 병원에 근무하는 간호사에게 적극적으로 중재한다면 정서지능을 높여 직무스트레스를 관리하는데 도움을 줄 뿐만 아니라 간호사로서 삶의 질도 향상될 것이다.

In this study, the program of interpersonal caring drama therapy was applied to clinical nurses, as a result, it was attempted to investigate the effects on emotional intelligence, job stress, and quality of life. The subjects of the study were nurses working at university hospitals in C city, the experimental group consisted of 29 and the control group consisted of 30. The intervention program was applied to the experimental group and was performed for 90 minutes for 1 time, 2 times a week for 8 times for 4 weeks, and the pre-post test was used to evaluate the emotional intelligence, job stress and quality of life of the experimental group and the control group. This study shows that interpersonal caring drama therapy programs have been effective in improving emotional intelligence, reducing job stress, and improving the quality of life. Therefore, if the program is actively introduced to nurses working in hospitals as a nursing intervention program, it will not only help to manage job stress by raising emotional intelligence, but also improve the quality of life as a nurse. It is required that the interpersonal caring drama therapy program developed in this study be reviewed for the establishment of a useful educational program for nurses maintenance education or hospital organization management.
