간호사의 피로 개념분석

Analysis of the Fatigue Concept of Nurses

본 연구의 목적은 간호사 피로의 개념을 정의하고 확인하는 것이다. 연구방법: Walker & Avant(1988)의 개념분석 과정을 사용하였다. 자료수집은 1995년에서 2015년 사이에 연구된 피로에 관한 의학 및 간호학 연구 논문 및 저서를 검토하였다. 결과: 간호사 피로의 개념은 다음과 같다. 1)지침; 스트레스나 불안, 걱정으로 인해 지친 것 같은 개인의 주관적 느낌이다. 2)부담, 억눌림; 신체적, 정신적 부담이 가중된 상태이다. 3)고갈; 모든 일에 능률이 감퇴된 상태이다, 에너지가 부족한 상태이다, 자극에 대한 반응능력이 상실된 상태이다. 4)무력; 동기와 흥미가 감소된 상태이다. 5)불균형; 에너지의 균형이 깨진 상태이다. 결론: 간호사 피로의 중심 개념은 지침, 부담, 억눌림, 고갈, 무력, 불균형이다. 간호사를 위한 간호사 피로의 개념분석은 간호사 피로에 대한 이해 및 원인을 파악하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 또한 간호사 피로의 수준을 측정할 수 있는 객관적인 도구 개발과 간호중재 개발에 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to define and identify the concept of nures fatigue. Methods: This study used Walker & Avant’s process of concept analysis. The data collection reviewed the medical and nursing study papers and books on fatigue studied between 1995 and 2015. Results: The concept of nurse fatigue is as follows. 1)Tired; It is a subjective feeling of an individual, such as tired from stress, anxiety, or worry. 2)Burden, Suppression; It is under increased physical and mental burden. 3)Exhaustion; The efficiency of everything has been reduced. It is a state of lack of energy. The ability to react to stimulation is in a state of loss. 4)Powerless; There is a decrease in motivation and interest. 5)Unbalance; The balance of energy is broken. Conclusion: The central concept of nurse fatigue is Tired, Burden, Suppression, Exhaustion, Powerless and Unbalance. Conceptual analysis of nurse fatigue for nurse is expected to help understand nurse fatigue and identify the cause. It is also meaningful in providing basic data on the development of objective tools and nursing interventions to measure the level of nurse fatigue.
