간호사의 다문화 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors affecting Multicultural Efficacy of Nurses

본 연구는 간호사의 다문화 경험, 다문화 인식, 다문화 태도, 다문화 효능감의 정도를 알아보고, 다문화 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 다문화 효능감 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시행되었다. 본 연구는 B시와 G도에서 200병상 이상의 9개 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 간호사 270명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 2015년 7월 15일부터 2015년 7월 28일까지 였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 다문화 효능감 50.51±6.72점이었으며, 일반적 특성에 따른 다문화 효능감은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 다문화 경험, 다문화 인식, 다문화 태도, 다문화 효능감과의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 다문화 인식(r=.621, p<.001), 다문화 태도(r=.480, p<.001)는 다문화 효능감과 상관관계를 나타냈다. 다문화 효능감에 영향을 미치는 변수는 다문화 인식(t=8.956, p<.001), 다문화 태도(t=3.158, p=.002)로 나타났고, 다문화 효능감을 40.7% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 간호사의 다문화 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하는 반복연구가 필요하다. 또한 다문화 효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 교육 및 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to explore degree of nurse s multicultural experience, multicultural perception, multicultural attitude, and multicultural efficacy, the factors influencing of multicultural efficacy of nurses and to provide the basic data to increased multicultural efficacy. This research involved 270 nurses who were working at 8 general hospital with at least 200 beds in B city and G do. Data were collected from July 15, 2015 to July 28. The analyzed by the ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. The degree of multiculture efficacy with the nurses was 50.51±6.72. There were not significant difference in multicultural efficacy with variable. There were positive correlation between multicultural efficacy and multicultural perception(r=.621, p<.001), between multicultural efficacy and multicultural attitude(r=.480, p<.001). Regression analysis showed 40.7% of variance in nurses multicultural efficacy can by experience of multicultural perception, multicultural attitude. These results indicated that it is necessary to determine the various factors affecting multicultural efficacy of nurses. And multicultural efficacy increasing education and program development are required.
