배우자지지와 결혼만족의 관계에서 일-가족 향상의 조절효과: 기혼남성을 중심으로

The Moderating Effects of Work-Family Enrichment in the Correlation between Spouse Support and marital Satisfaction: Focusing on Married Men

본 연구는 배우자지지가 결혼만족에 미치는 영향에서 일-가족 향상의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2015년 8월 20일부터 9월 25일까지 대구, 경북지역 기혼남성을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종분석에 433부가 활용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 및 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 배우자지지, 일-가족 향상의 하위요인인 일→가족 향상과 가족→일 향상 그리고 결혼만족은 모두 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 결혼만족에 배우자지지와 가족→일 향상은 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구결과 배우자지지가 결혼만족에 미치는 영향에서 일-가족 향상의 하위요인인 가족→일 향상의 조절효과는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통하여, 배우자지지를 강화하기 위한 부부교육프로그램의 개발과 적용, 가족친화적인 조직문화와 가족문화의 형성을 통하여 일-가족 향상을 강화함으로써 기혼남성의 결혼만족을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of work - family enrichment on the effects of spouse support on marital satisfaction. To this end, a survey was conducted on married men in Daegu and Kyungbuk between August 20 and september 25, 2015, and 433 completed copies of a questionnaire were used for analysis. For the statistical analysis, the SPSS win 20.0 program was utilized. Descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, multi regression were used as an analysis method. This study showed the following results. First, spousal support and work-family enrichment showed positive correlation with marital satisfaction. Second, spousal support and family-to-work enrichment had the effected to marital satisfaction. And in terms of the effected of spousal support on marital satisfaction, family-to-work enrichment showed moderating effects. Based on the results, the authors suggested practical implications and intervention strategies that could improve the quality of life and marital satisfaction of married immigrant women.
