일본의 학교와 지역 간 연계 교육 사례 탐색

A Case Study on the Linkage Education between Schools and Regions in Japan

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 일본의 학교와 지역의 교육 연계 사례를 분석하고 우리나라에의 시사점을 찾아내는 데 있다. 연구방법: 일본의 교육과정과 교육기본법에서 학교와 지역의 연계 교육과 관련된 부분을 분석하고, 요코하마와 동경의 초등학교 및 중학교를 방문하여 장학사, 교사, 학생을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 요코하마와 동경의 초등학교와 중학교를 방문하여, 지역 사회의 인적 물적 자원을 활용한 교육 프로그램, 지역 사회의 상가와 협업한 사례, 학교가 주도적으로 지역 사회 참여를 이끄는 사례, 동아리 활동과 마을 축제의 연계 사례를 분석하고 학교와 지역 간 교육 연계의 매개체로서의 코디네이터 운영 실태를 분석하였다. 논의 및 결론: 학교와 지역 간 연계 교육이 활성화되기 위해서는 관련 법규의 정비, 지역의 특성을 고려한 학교와 지역의 협력 체제의 구축, 학교 교육의 지역 연계 관련 업무의 전문가로서의 코디네이터 제도의 활성화 등이 요구된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational linkages between schools and localities in Japan and to find implications for Korea. Method: In order to do this, I analyzed the curriculum and basic education law related to school and community education, and visited elementary school and junior high school in Yokohama and Tokyo to interview supervisor, teacher and students. Results: After visiting elementary and middle schools in Yokohama and Tokyo, the study analyzed educational programs utilizing human and material resources of the community, cases of collaboration with the local community s shopping malls, cases of leading the school to participate in the community, cases of linking club activities and village festivals, and analyzed the actual condition of coordinator operation as a medium of educational linkage between school and local community. And this study analyzed the status of coordinator operation as a bridge of school-to-school education linkage. Conclusion: In order for school-regional linkage education to be effective, it is necessary to develop related laws and regulations, to establish a school-regional cooperation system considering regional characteristics, and to activate the coordinator system as a specialist in the region.
