초등학생의 인성향상을 위한 연극놀이 집단프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

The Development of the Drama Play Group Program for Elementary Students.

본 연구에서는 초등학생들의 인성 향상을 위한 연극놀이 집단프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 초등학생들의 인성 향상은 전인교육에 있어서 매우 중요한 의미를 갖고 있는데, 최근 들어 연극적 접근법이 인성 향상에 중요한 전략이 될 수 있다는 점들이 제시되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 초등학생의 인성을 향상할 수 있는 연극적 전략으로서 구성주의 이론에 바탕을 두고 24세션의 집단프로그램을 개발하여 제안하였다. 집단프로그램은 연극놀이를 통해서 초등학생들의 인성을 향상시키고자 하였으며, 향후 다양한 현장에서 활용될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the drama play group program for elementary students’ integrated humanity. Recently, the integrated humanity is very important factor for elementary student total education. First, In order to develop the drama play group program for people with for elementary students, the documentary literatures and previous studies were reviewed. The basic theory of this drama play group program was the Constructivism. Second, this drama play program was developed to elementary students for 24 sessions. The drama play group is useful for various settings.
