골프 특성화 고등학교의 조성을 위한 계획 연구 - 여주특성화고등학교 사례를 중심으로 -

A Design Study on the Development on Golf-Specialized High Schools - Focused on Yeoju Specialized High School -

특성화고등학교의 증가추이를 보았을 때 전문계 특성화고는 1998년 1개 학교로 출발하여 2008년 154개로 증가하였으며, 2012년 이후 모든 전문계고가 특성화고로 통합되었다. 설립유형별로는 전문계 특성화고의 경우 국공립이 80여개로 전문계 특성화고의 약 60%를 차지하였고 대안계 특성화고는 사립이 21개 교로 압도적으로 높은 수치를 차지하였다. 이와 같은 교육환경의 변화 특성과 함께 스포츠에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 특히 골프 등에 대한 관심은 국민적 관심속에서 지속적으로 선호도가 높아지고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 골프특성화고등학교의 현황을 살펴보고, 골프특성화고등학교에서 적용가능한 프로그램을 제시하며, 이를 통해 골프 특성화 고등학교 설립을 위한 계획적 측면에서의 가능성을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 여주특성화 고등학교의 조성과정을 통해 사업화 방안의 절차와 계획적 의의를 살펴보았으며, 외부이용자들까지 고려하는 시설계획과, 학교 내에서의 시설 접근성, 이용성, 그리고 향후 추가적인 시설의 확장 가능성 등을 고려하는 접근이 필요하며, 본 연구는 설계형 연구로서 의의를 갖는다.

Observations of increased developments of specialized high schools show that vocational specialized high schools started at a number of 1 in 1998 and have increased to 154 in 2008 and after 2012, all vocational high schools were integrated as specialized high schools. By establishment type, with vocational specialized high schools, 80 were public schools, making up approximately 60% of all vocational specialized high schools and with alternative schools, 21 were private schools, accounting for an overwhelmingly high number. Along with such change characteristics of educational environments, interest in sports is also increasing and in particular, a preference of golf is continuously increasing within national interest. This study observes the current statuses of golf-specialized high schools, presents programs applicable to golf-specialized high schools, and attempts to observe possibilities from planning aspects for the establishment of golf-specialized high schools. In particular, it observed commercialization methods and planned significance through the development process of specialized high schools in Yeoju, and approaches are needed that take into consideration facility plans that take external users into consideration, facility accessibility and availability within schools, and future expandability of additional facilities and this study has significance as a design study.
