지역아동센터 생활복지사의 프로그램평가영역교육의 효과성 분석 : 사전사후검사를 중심으로

Analysis of effectiveness of Program evaluation area of welfare workers in Community Child Center : Focused on pre-post examination

본 연구는 충남 및 세종지역의 지역아동센터에 근무하는 1~2년차 생활복지사를 대상으로 지역아동센터 시설 평가부분 중 프로그램영역에 대한 이해도를 높이고 활용방안을 공유하고자 교육을 실시하여 교육전과 후에 대한 효과성 분석을 하고자 진행하였다. 교육참가자 100명중 결측치를 제외하고 설문에 응답한 75명을 대상으로 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 프로그램 교육전의 교육생들의 전체이해도는 평균 3.11(표준편차 .606)로 나타났으나, 교육실시후 측정해 본 결과 평균 4.08(표준편차 .475)로 .097 만큼 이해도가 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 표준편차도 훨씬 낮아져 전반적인 이해도가 높아졌다고 해석할 수 있다. 교육전 가장 낮은 평균을 나타낸 것은 환류이해도와 의견수렴이해도로 나타났으나 교육후 향상되는 모습을 보였으며, 그 외 전반적으로 교육전보다 교육후가 평균적으로 향상된 점을 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 열악한 환경과 처우 속에서도 묵묵히 맡은 바 최선을 다하는 생활복지사들의 역량강화를 통한 실천적 제언을 하였다.

The study is designed to examine one hundred of the 1st ~2nd year welfare worker who works at community child center in Chungnam and Sejong area to understand the program area and share the application, in order to analyze the effectiveness of before and after training. Out of 100 participants, 75 participants’ responses were used excluding missing. Before the training, the average of total understanding was 3.11(SD .606). After the training, the average was 4.08(SD .475) and it was increased by .097. Since the standard deviation was decreased, it is analyzed that the level of total understanding has been increased. Bofere the training,, the average understanding level of feedback and the average understanding level of opinion convergence were the lowest. But after the training, those levels were improved, as well as the averages of the others were improved as well. This study is attempt practical improvement for empowerment of welfare workers in a harsh environment and treatment.
