Sexual Attitude, Gender Egalitarianism and Sexual Behavior of University Students

This study was conducted to identify the levels of sexual attitude, gender egalitarianism and sexual behavior among South Korean college students. The data was collected from 199 college students between October 23 and November 21, 2018. The data was then analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. On a scale of 1-5, the average sexual attitude of the students was 3.31. While the average gender egalitarianism score and the average sexual behavior score were 1.56 and 1.15, respectively. The study found a positive correlation between awareness of sexual behavior and sexual attitude. This study has identified the levels of sexual attitude, gender egalitarianism and sexual behavior, as well as the associatedfactors, among college students. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for developing strategies and programs to prevent sexual behavior among college students.
