문화예술교육에서의 학습자의 성격특성에 따른 적절한 자료제시유형에 대한 연구

The methods of presentation of learning materials for the learning measures in the Culture and Art Education program

본 연구에서는 교수자의 교수방법과 학습자의 학습 성과의 연관성에 주목하고, 문화예술교육프로그램에서 효과적인 학습방안을 마련하기 위한 학습자료 제시방법을 살펴보고자 한다. 문화예술활동은 개인의 사고와 인지, 정서와 감정 뿐 만 아니라 심리와 성격적 특성까지 내재되어 복합적으로 이루어지는 것으로 이러한 인간의 개별적 특성을 고려한 학습 방법이 매우 필요하다. 본연구에서는 융(Jung)의 인간유형분류 기준에 따라 태도상의 분류인 외향과 내향, 그리고 기능상의분류인 사고와 감정을 중심으로 심리유형을 나누고 이에 따른 문화예술교육의 적절한 자료제시방법은 무엇인지를 오스벨(Ausubel)의 수업모형 및 메릴(Merrill)의 자료제시유형을 중심으로 그 관계를 고찰하고자 한다. 융의 심리유형과 자료제시유형간의 관계를 살펴보자면, 태도상의 기준인외향성 학습자에게는 발견식 방법을 활용하고 내향형 학습자에게는 설명식 방법을 통해 학습동기를 부여하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 기능분류를 기준으로 보면, 사고형 학습자는 연역식 방법을 선호하며, 감정형 학습자는 귀납식 방법을 선호한다고 할 수 있다. 다양한 학습자의 내적특성에 따라 학습동기를 부여하고 학습효과를 높이기 위해서는 다양한 방법으로 수업이 설계되고 운영되어야 할 것이다.

This research focuses on the correlation between the professor s teaching method and the learner s performance progression. It also examines the methods of presentation of learning materials for the learning measures in the Culture and Art Education program. The Culture and Art Education program places emphasis on the combination of psychological traits and personality characteristics as well as individual thoughts, feelings, sentiments and perceptions; as such, learning methods that take a person’s individualism into consideration are necessary. The study, based on Jung’s personality type classification, focuses on the mannerisms of introverted and extroverted characteristics, of which these psychological types are categorized based on the functional types of thinking and feeling. Looking at the relationship between Jung s psychological type and material presenting type, it is necessary to give learning motive through the heuristic method for extroverted learners, and the expository method for the introverted learners, considering the standard of attitude. Depending on the personality traits of different types of learners, the class should be designed and operated using different approaches of learning methods, and to motivate and enhance learning.
