본 연구는 문화예술교육사 양성과정 중 문화예술교육 현장의 이해와 실습 교과목의 효율적 운영을 위한 현장실습 운영 체계 연구를 목표로 한다. 현장실습은 문화예술교육사 자격증의 공신력과 전문성 제고 차원에서 중요한 교과과정으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구는 현장실습 구성요소인 실습생, 실습기관, 교육(양성)기관의 이해와 요구를 기반으로 설문 및 심층면담을 통해 각 구성요소들의 요구를 분석하였다. 분석결과 현장실습의 제한된 기간 및 부족한 시간, 문화예술교육사 제도에 대한 인식 강화, 교육기관과 실습기관의 협력망과 실습 운영체계 정립으로 요약될 수 있었다. 따라서 문화예술교육 현장실습의 체계적이고 효율적인 운영을 위해 구성원별 역할 분담 및 관리 강화가 요구되었다. 또한 현장실습의 효율성 제고를 통한 취업연계 및 실습생-실습기관-교육(양성)기관의 역할에 따른 현장실습 매뉴얼 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실습생, 현장실습을 관리·감독한 기관의 실습지도사, 현장실습 과목 담당 실습지도 교수자의 의견을 반영한 현장실습 운영 체계를 설계하고 제시하였다. 향후 이 기초안을 토대로 문화예술교육의 다양한 현장에 접목한 사례연구 및 문화예술교육사 현장실습 매뉴얼 개발이 필요하다.
This study aims to conduct a efficient field practice operating system for The Understanding And Practice of The Field Of Art And Culture Education’ subject. The field practice is recognized as an important curriculum for its public confidence and expertise in the art and culture education instructor license. This study is analyzed based on the understanding and requirements of the components of field practice, such as trainees, practice institutions and educational institutions, through surveys and in-depth interviews. As a result, the requirements could be broadly selected as follows: limited and insufficient training time for the field practice, strengthening awareness of its system, and establishment of cooperation network and practice training system between educational and practice institutions. There would be necessary to have a field practice manual considering the roles of each component for its efficient operation. Thus, this study designed and presented a field practice operating system reflected the opinions of the components of field practice. It would be necessary to conduct a case study that would apply this drafting plan to the various fields and a follow-up study to develop a field practice manual for art and culture education instructors in the future.
